4.3 Subscription and membership services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with our policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
5.2 Refunds for programs or digital products are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion, subject to individual circumstances and our Refund Policy.
5.3 Memberships can be cancelled at any time but partial refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
