Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We are committed to providing high-quality holistic health, wellness coaching, and support services. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Our refund policy complies with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986.

1. Your Consumer Rights

Under New Zealand law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a service:

  • Is not delivered with reasonable care and skill

  • Is unfit for its intended purpose

  • Is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
     

We are not required to offer a refund if you change your mind, book by mistake, or no longer wish to use the service, but we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.

2. Refunds for Services

One-off Appointments (e.g. Discovery Sessions):

  • 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or reschedule your session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments (no-show), are not eligible for a refund, unless in exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency).


Wellness Packages / Programmes:

  • If you cancel before any part of your package or programme has commenced, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

  • Once the programme has started or services have been delivered, no full refunds are offered.

  • We may consider a partial refund or credit in special circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency).

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to resolve the issue.


Digital Products or Resources:

  • Digital downloads and online resources are non-refundable once accessed, unless faulty or misrepresented.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email:

Include:
 

  • Your full name

  • Date of booking or purchase

  • Name of the service/package

  • Reason for your refund request


We will respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Changes & Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.  Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future purchases.
